Kymi is a charming port town that is located on the eastern coast of the island of Evia, approximately 87km from the capital of Chalkida. There are around 3.000 residents.
As well as being the main harbour that connects Kymi with the island of Skyros, it is a very historic and interesting town with a rich and varied history. It has a strong maritime tradition and in the 19th century had a very strong economy.
