Soon (depending primarily on your time zone), you will receive a second personalised email with a confirmation of availability for the dates, transfer and time you have requested. There will also be a link in order to clear the 50% non-refundable deposit.

Your reservation is considered to be confirmed upon the receipt of the deposit. You will be notified with a third email.

Important Notice: 

Due to the recent parking regulations at the Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos arrivals area, your meeting with the driver will take place after the exit of the arrivals hall, at A1/A5 (depending on your destination).

You simply need to let your driver know that you got all your baggages. Then he/she comes to meet & greet you at A1/A5 arrivals hall holding a whiteboard or a tablet with your name. We usually get in touch through WhatsApp/ Telegram/ Apple Messages apps.

We track all flights, so don’t worry about potential delays, we are always outside waiting for you.

In the unfortunate event of baggage loss, your driver will still be outside waiting for you to finish all the necessary procedures. Yet, there will be an extra charge of 20 EUR per extra hour that the cab driver will need to wait upon the end of the baggage claim.

  • No money on hold or other booking charges & fees required
  • Meals & accommodation can be arranged upon prior request with an extra cost
  • Tour guide can be arranged upon prior request


Please note that although we are very experienced & knowledgeable, we are NOT licensed tour guides.

According to the Greek law and our business ethics, we are not allowed to accompany you inside archeological sights, museums and national parks but we can provide you with historical and practical information before you get into each sight.

Should you prefer to have an additional local licensed tour guide, we can hire one for you at extra cost (150 EUR per day) unless otherwise stated.
